Dami Fadipe

Managing Partner

Dami oversees all aspects of Westworth’s investments in real estate. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with a decade experience investing value-add rental real estate, STRs, fix n’ flips, and multifamily. He is the founder of Delco Multifamily Real Estate Investors. Dami’s vision is to build a $1 billion business by 2030, centered on creating value through authentic, relatable, and sustainable wealth-building strategies.
Dami holds a M.S.J Degree with Financial Services Compliance from Seton Hall School of Law.
He lives in PA with his wife Melissa and beautiful daughter Kemisola.

Ayodeji John

Managing Partner

Ayodeji is a highly skilled and accomplished professional with extensive expertise in various domains including entrepreneurship, leadership, and private equity. With a strong
background in real estate investments, Ayodeji has successfully navigated the complexities of the market, securing profitable ventures and fostering sustainable growth.
Ayodeji has recently joined Westworth Capital to spearhead capital-raising efforts for a fund whose strategy includes investing in Core+ multifamily investment opportunities and creating
wealth through the infinite banking concept, utilizing IBC strategies to build trans- generational wealth for investors.
Ayodeji is married and has a loving wife and two sons.

Laju Oritsejafor

Partner / Head of Client Management

Laju is a seasoned finance professional with expertise in a wide range of financial instruments, including equities, mutual funds, fixed income, and cryptocurrencies. His strategic insights have driven notable success in both North American and Nigerian financial markets. Laju holds Canadian Securities Institute’s (CSI) accreditations including CSC, CPH, and IFIC.
Laju manages a crypto fund that achieved a 100% ROI in six months and currently restructuring for further growth.
Laju leverages his client management experience to drive Westworth Capital’s growth and enhance investor satisfaction. Outside of work, he is newly married and frequently travels between Toronto and Atlanta.

Rej Thomas

Partner

Rej Thomas is a former physician a unique background with a combination of patient care, research, and clinical trial experience.
Rej is a full-time accredited real estate professional with larger interest in multifamily syndication.
Rej Thomas is based out of PA where he lives with his wife and two children. He his passionate about flying and traveling.

Josh Quartararo

Josh is a US military veteran, attorney and financial services professional with more than 8 years of experience working in consulting and at top US financial institutions. He has an extensive background and experience in private fund formation and structuring, SEC compliance, and project management. He received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.

Luc Priddle

Investor Relations Associate

Luc is a highly skilled and motivated Investor Relations Associate with comprehensive experience in strategic marketing, effective client communications, raising capital and maintaining investor relations.
Luc is experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating investor events and conferences, and supporting the execution of Westworth’s sponsorship strategies. Luc is a valuable asset in any investor relations team, contributing to the success and growth of the organization.
